  1. Navigate to your SAT portal.
    1. Fo the UK environment: https://uk.sat.clouduss.com/login
    2. For the EU environment: https://de.sat.clouduss.com/login
  2. Select 'here'
  1. Enter your email address and select 'Reset'

  1. You will receive a 'Thank you' message and be sent an email to your inbox
You will receive the email from 'noreply@sat.clouduss.com', make sure to check the address before the next step.
  1. Click the Link within the email.
  1. Enter your new password and confirm it, following the guidance below the first input box
