The guide below will go through a method of solving the course video not displaying for a user when taking the course.
The course videos are embedded via Vimeo. There are a few addresses you may need to allow through your network if you are facing video display issues:

Depending on your Web Security Solution, please ensure to set these as wild cards, as the code at the end of the address will be different per video. Censornet Web Security does not require a wild card.
