Example Spam Digest or Quarantine Report

If Digests have been enabled, the Email Security product will email end-users a summary of their personal quarantine directly to their inbox.

It is possible to change the branding of the Digest email in the Digest & Branding section. Options that can be changed include the logo, subject and helpdesk address.

If an end-user has no quarantined email, the digest will not be sent

The end user can preview, release the email and add the sender to their personal safe/deny list directly from the digest email.

If the end user is also an administrator, they can add the sender to the global safe/deny list which will be applied to everyone.
