If Digests have been enabled, the Email Security product will email end-users a summary of their personal quarantine directly to their inbox.

It is possible to change the branding of the Digest email in the Digest & Branding section. Options that can be changed include the logo, subject and helpdesk address.

Quarantined emails are available for 30 days
If an end-user has no quarantined email, the digest will not be sent

The end user can preview, release the email and add the sender to their personal safe/deny list directly from the digest email, for up to 30 days after the delivery date.

If the end user is also an administrator, they can add the sender to the global safe/deny list which will be applied to everyone.
