Spam Safe List

By default, email addresses, domains or IP address that are added to your Spam Safe List will be treated as safe for all Email Security users.

The exact behaviour of the Safe List will depend on your Message Rules and Connection Rules.

To see the entries currently in your Spam Safe List, visit your USS Dashboard and click ProductsE-mail SecuritySpam Safe List.

Email Security also features a Spam Deny List.

By default the Global Spam safe list entries will be displayed. You can select a different mailbox or start typing the name of a mailbox to change the search scope.

Viewing Personal Safe Lists

Users can also maintain their own Personal Safe List. You can quickly view each user's Personal Safe List by selecting their email address from the drop-down list. The users themselves can manage this via the End User Portal.

Adding to the Spam Safe List

To add an entry to the Spam Safe List, click Enter the email address, and click

You can either add a full specific email address such as john.doe@acme.com, add a domain such as acme.com, or add an IP address such as 123.456.789.0.
Message rules will use sender and header from addresses to safelist emails. Connection rules will only use the sender address.
Domains that are attached to your Email Security account cannot be added to the Safe List in domain form.

Deleting entries in the Spam Safe List

To delete an entry, select it in the Spam Safe List window and click
