Collecting debug information - USS Gateway

Follow these steps to create a debug archive which can then be downloaded and shared with your Service Provider.

  1. Log in to the USS Gateway command line interface
  2. Enter or copy and paste the following command:
cd /tmp; curl -s https://collectlogs.clouduss.com/collect_logs.sh | bash -s
  1. Visit the following address in a web browser, replacing ip.address.of.gateway with the IP address of the USS Gateway on your network
https://ip.address.of.gateway/debuglogs.tgz
  1. Send the resulting debuglogs.tgz archive to your Service Provider.
You may need to use a service like WeTransfer if the file is greater than 30MB.
