Feature Control Safe Search blocking content.

Our Feature Control settings are enabled by default and enforce control over third-party web services such as search engines, YouTube and Google Apps.

Depending on the content you're trying to access on YouTube, the Safe Search enforcement can block access and display the following message.
To allow access to this content, on the USS Dashboard, navigate to Security Modules - Web Security - Feature Controls. From here, you can edit the default policy to stop enforcing YouTube Safe Search or create a new rule to meet your requirements.
